Common questions
Do I have to be on a plan?
No. We hand over every site fully working and yours to keep. The plan exists because most owners would rather not think about updates, backups and small copy changes, not because the site stops working without one.
What counts as a content edit?
Text changes, new photos, prices, hours, staff, a new service block, a new post. Anything that needs new design or new page templates gets quoted separately so nobody is guessing.
Do unused hours roll over?
One month. It keeps the plan honest without turning it into a bank you feel obliged to drain.
Can I cancel?
Any time, with 30 days notice. We help you move hosting wherever you want and hand over everything. No hostage-taking.
