Sitemap, page-by-page outline, and the search terms each page targets. You approve this before any design happens.

Design in the browser, not in a slide deck. You see real pages on a staging URL and give feedback on the actual thing.

4 · Launch & measure
Analytics, Search Console, conversion tracking and a walkthrough so you can edit the site yourself. Then we watch the numbers.
Why static, and why it matters to you
A typical small-business site runs a content platform, a page builder and a dozen plugins, and rebuilds the whole page on every visit. It is slow on day one and slower every month as plugins pile up.
We build pages once, at deploy time, and serve them as plain files from a network of servers near your customers. There is nothing to execute when someone lands on the page, which is why it appears immediately.
That has three consequences you can measure:
- Better rankings. Page speed is a confirmed ranking factor, and it is one of the few you can fix outright rather than compete for.
- More conversions. Every additional second before a page becomes usable costs you a share of the people who were going to call.
- Less maintenance. No plugin updates to break the site, and a much smaller surface for anyone to attack.

Common questions
What do you build on?
Static sites built with Astro and deployed to a CDN. It is why our pages load in under a second and why there is no plugin stack to maintain. Where a client needs to edit constantly we connect a headless CMS.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. We set up editing for the content you will actually change and walk you through it before launch. If you would rather not touch it, that is what the care plan is for.
Do you write the content?
We can. Copywriting is quoted separately because it is real work. But a site written around what your customers search is most of why SEO works at all.
What about my existing site?
If it has rankings and traffic worth keeping, we map every old URL to a new one and redirect properly. Losing rankings in a redesign is a self-inflicted wound and it is avoidable.
